To provide a national forum for all Chapter 12 trustees and educate and inform members of issues affecting their performance as Chapter 12 trustee. To communicate with and through the Justice Department, the EOUST, the judiciary, as well as Congress, on behalf of the member trustees. To extend and enhance the competency and accountability of members by dissemination of case law and legislative updates and to provide workshops and written material whenever possible to explain and inform as to the performance of the Chapter 12 trustee task and for other legal purposes not inconsistent with the above.
